After Shopper has acknowledged delivery of the item or product, the Traveller and TRObuy is not liable for any dispute, damages, refund or return for the item/product to the Shopper. However, Shopper need to contact TRObuy customer service for refund approval.

How to post at Q&A comment section?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled by tapping on "Cancel" at order details. You will not be able to cancel an order once it has been paid.

We support online payment through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Connect, UOB, Bank Islam, Affin Bank.

TRObuy does not implement any minimum transaction fee.

You will need to communicate the desired change of price with TRObuy Customer Service. TRObuy Customer service will contact traveller and contact you later on for follow up.

Traveller need to arrange courier delivery service and send the item to shopper address.

Please be informed that all courier service deliveries are carried out by TRObuy's 3rd-party logistics partners.

Shopper will receive the purchased item within 7 days after traveller return date to Malaysia.

Shopper may view the delivery track status at "To Receive".

Disposal of uncollected items

Any items uncollected item after 14 days upon delivery by the traveller will be disposed off.

If you require an extension for the collection, please contact TRObuy within the 14-day period.

If a traveller cancels your request, any TRObuy credits utilized will be automatically refunded to your TRObuy Wallet.

When a traveller cancel the transaction, an automatic full refund (including service fee and credits used, if any) is processed back into the original method of payment.

If successful, a refund confirmation email will be sent to your TRObuy-registered email address.

Actual refund may take up to 1-3 days to be reflected in your TRObuy wallet.

If you do not see your refund after a suspiciously long time, please contact TRObuy customer service for further assistance.

For your safety, payment to travellers should only be done on TRObuy platform to secure your deposit. This means your deposit will be held by TRObuy and will only be released to the traveller once payment is released by shopper. Payment will be proceeded to traveller when you click on the "Release Payment" button after receiving your item.

TRObuy accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Bank Transfer (via ipay88)

When shopper places the deposit for his/her request, it is held securely by TRObuy (i.e. the deposit is not immediately passed to the traveller).

The shopper's deposit is only released when he/she acknowledges that he/she has received the requested-for item in good order.

Should the traveller not deliver the item within 7 days of his/her return date and remains unreachable, TRObuy can proceed with a full refund (including maintenance fees).

For your own safety, you should not deal directly with the traveller outside the platform as TRObuy will not be liable for your payment if the traveller fails to deliver.

If the traveller purchased the wrong item, the requester reserves the right to reject the item. Please contact TRObuy Customer Service for further details should the occasion arise. TRObuy will hold on and investigate the transaction before releasing payment to Traveller.

*Note: TRObuy will release the payment to the traveller if the shopper does not acknowledge the acquisition of the item within 7 days of the traveller depositing the item at TRObuy. Once payment is released, TRObuy will not be able to assist in the event of disputes.

If Shopper found any disputes regarding damage, the issue must be raised directly to TRObuy Customer Service within 7 days of delivery by the traveller. TRObuy Customer Service will contact traveller and follow up the case. TRObuy will release payment to the traveller after this 7-day period and once payment is released, TRObuy will not be able to assist in the case of a dispute.

Disputes raised by shoppers should provide as much context and evidence as possible. TRObuy will make judgement on how to resolve the dispute based on supporting evidence from both the shopper and traveller after reaching out to both parties.
